PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.
RETURNS
Returns of accessory type items can be done within 30 days. Original packaging and like new condition are required for a return.

Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final.
GENERAL FIREARM SALES
All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area, so if we are shipping your item, please know your local laws.
All new firearms are shipped or made ready for in-store pickup in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Once a firearm is transfrered to you, it becomes your item and is not returnable. It is sort of like the concept of a used car, once it is in the buyers name, the car is used and can never be sold as a new car again.
FFL TRANSFERS
All firearms sent to Mayhem Mastery must be picked up by appointment within 10 business days. After 10 days, a $5 per day fee will be applied. After 90 days, the firearm becomes property of Mayhem Mastery. If you fail a background check on a firearm, you may contact who you purchased it from and set up a return. They will need to send Mayhem Mastery a shipping label, and we will pack and ship it for a fee of $25. Management reserves the right to make other arrangements if a return option isn’t available or if a customer of Mayhem Mastery is having a firearm shipped to us.
PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
Merchandise listed herein is not for sale in any state, district or territory where the receipt, possession, sale or use of any such merchandise is prohibited and/or illegal.
- Ammunition – We do not ship ammunition to the following: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York State, or Washington D.C.
- Magazines – We do not ship magazines (regardless of capacity) to Connecticut.
- Magazines Over 10rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 10rds. to the following: California, Cook County, IL., Highland Park, IL., Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York State, Vermont (Rifle) and Washington D.C.
- Magazines Over 15rds – We do not ship magazines that accept over 15rds. to the following: Aurora, IL., Colorado, Vermont (Handgun).
- Hawaii – No pistol magazines over 10rds.

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS
Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.
AMMUNITION PURCHASES
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
